REGIONAL SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSE, VMI AND LPG PLANTS


JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Supervisor Warehouse, VMI and LPG Plant's reports directly to the Warehouse & LPG Filling Plants Manager. His/her primary responsibility is to coordinate the operations of Warehouse VMI and LPG Plants within a region by ensuring operations are efficient and conform to the company's standards and operating procedures. The Regional supervisor is also responsible for supervising and sustaining a good and productive team within his/her region.

 SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that warehouse, VMI and LPG Plants conform to operational standard at all times.
 Coordinate Warehouse, VMI & LPG Plants team to achieve efficiency in the delivery of quality operational service.
 Ensure proper documentation and reporting of product movement within the Warehouse, VMI and LPG Plants.
 Attend to issues relating to shortages and calibration of tanks at VMI, Warehouse & LPG Plant.
 Ensure efficient inventory management of all stock points within the region such that stock variances are kept within the tolerance limit of 0.3%
 Organize training for VMI, Warehouse and LPG Officers and supervisor.
 Regular monitoring of warehouse, VMI and LPG Plant operations in the region
 Compliance with EHS policy and procedures

Timeliness in dispatch

Proper reordering to minimize stock out.

It further helps ensure stable oil supplies for consumers. The advertised post is located at the OPEC Secretariat in Vienna, Austria, headed by the Secretary General, who carries out the executive functions of the Organization.

Job Dimensions:

Within the Finance & Human Resources Department, the Finance Section is responsible for all financial matters and financial control functions at the Secretariat and ensuring Financial integrity of the Organization as stipulated in the Financial Regulations.
The Finance Officer is responsible for financial matters and financial control functions at the Secretariat, ensuring financial integrity of the Organization in accordance with the objectives of the Section. He plans and manages financial resources of the Secretariat efficiently. Furthermore, he manages the work program of the Finance Section and supervises and guides its staff.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

    * University degree (advanced degree preferred) in Accounting/Finance
    * A minimum of 8 years (6 years in case of an advanced degree) in accounting, finance and budgeting
    * Training/specialization in accounting (managerial / financial accounting), finance (financial management preferred), cost & benefit analysis/budgeting and computer accounting systems
    * Analytical, communication and presentation skills

Status and Benefits:

Members of the Secretariat are international employees whose responsibilities are not national but exclusively international. In carrying out their functions, they have to demonstrate the personal qualities expected of international employees such as integrity, independence and impartiality.
The post is at grade E, reporting to the Head of Finance & Human Resources Department. The compensation package, including expatriate benefits, is commensurate with the level of the post.

Position : Administrative Associate - Cancer Clinics


Description:

- Part-time position requiring 4-10 hours a week to coordinate and facilitate planned cancer consultations in Nigeria
- The individual will be expected to visit health care facilities designated and directed by the oncologist or his colleages
- Set up appointment and confirm patient readiness and willingness to be seen if diagnosed
- Book and confirm appointment dates for consultations
- Fully describe the consultation process, fees and requirementts to the patient and relatives
- Access voice mails, email and/or any other designated electronic media at least once a weekand update the oncologist by either text messaging, email or phone call
- Confirm availability of all medical records and help direct patients in obtaining requested tests in preparation for oncology consultation
- Facilitate initial discussion by telephone usually; between the oncologist and the referal medicaldoctor/health care practisioner as soon as a patient needing an oncology consultation is identified
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by the oncologist
- This position will require travel between 2-3 major cities in Nigeria ; by air and with appropriate accomodation arragementd. These will mostly occur while the oncologist is in Nigeria

Preliminary Qualifications:

- A Science degree (B.Sc or Higher) from a reputable University within the past 10 years
- Prior experience working in a health care setting is recommended but not required
- Ability to understand basic medical terminologt

JOB DESCRIPTION


Contribute to the mission of the Supply Chain Department through managing and consolidating sales forecasts, ensuring customer database maintenance consolidating sales data. The Supply Chain coordinator follows stocks coverage in multiple West African countries and ensures the right transmission of customer orders between customers and Sales administration department in Africa and sales administration in Europe.

The position is based in Lagos.

RESPONSIBILITIES
·  Maintenance of the customer database
·  Proceed to the consolidation of statistical (customer contacts) and qualitative (field information feed-back) data of operational areas sales force reporting system and submit useful solutions to optimise "marketing-sales" action
·  Demand Management: Following internal sales and stock coverage within customers in countries on a monthly basis in order to manage sales forecasting.
·  Consolidate sales forecasts for the area for which he/she is responsible and communicate these sales forecasts to the head of supply chain in for consolidation
·  Maintain Contact with customers and field officers.
·  Follow up of inventory levels with distributors
·  Follow up sales levels with each customer in different countries
·  Taking note of customers' requirements in term of order processing to improve customer service.
·  Participating in business meetings with Customers together with Head of Supply Chain
·  Update strategic products' database (stock, monthly sales, sales forecasts) over a period of 12 months

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


·  BA/BSc Degree / HND
·  Ability to analyse quantitative data and draw pertinent analyses
·  At least 3 years experience in Customer Service and sales forecasting.
·  Demonstrable experience in Demand & Supply forecasting ..
·  Microsoft office knowledge (Advanced Excel)
·  Ability to analyze quantitative data and draw pertinent conclusion
·  Exposure/experience in use of SAP will be added advantage
